The following is information about submitting a tenant application:

• A $30.00 NON-refundable processing fee is required to acquire your credit and background screenings as well as perform reference screenings.

• A consumer report will be prepared on your behalf by a consumer-reporting agency. This consumer report will include social security verification, credit, eviction, and criminal history reports.

• Please have your photo ID and at least 2 proofs of income ready before starting the application.

• Applying does not guarantee that it will be accepted. Your application will be processed within 7 business days, and on average, you should expect a response in 48-72 hours.

• Any incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified information provided in your application will result in an automatic denial.
