Pre-Move-In Preparation:

  • Ensure that you’ve signed the lease agreement and all required addendums. Make sure to keep a copy for your records.

  • Confirm receipt of the security deposit and acquire a written receipt.

  • Discuss and confirm the rent payment method and schedule.

  • Acquire a key, access card, or code for the property. Generally found via lockbox.

Tenant Move-In Checklist:
