The Value Of Relationships
An on-boarded vendor is a company or individual who has gone through a thorough vetting process and has been added to our approved vendor list. These vendors are relied upon to provide services such as maintenance, repairs, and other related services for our managed properties.
As a property management company, we rely heavily on the work of our vendors to ensure that our properties are properly maintained and kept in good condition for our tenants. We understand that the success of our business is directly tied to the quality of work and service provided by our vendors.
To build a strong business partnership with our vendors, we emphasize the importance of clear communication and setting expectations. We want to ensure that our vendors understand our needs and expectations for each job, including timelines, budget constraints, and any specific requirements for the property or tenant.
In summary, an on-boarded vendor is a critical part of our property management business, and we rely on their work to maintain the quality of our managed properties. By establishing clear communication and expectations, we can build strong and successful business partnerships with our vendors.
To become an on-boarded vendor you must first apply as a lead vendor. For the lead vendor application, your business will need to submit information about your business information and documentation such as proof of insurance, etc. Once you’ve submitted your application we will be notified via email that you’ve been added to our vendor call list.
